Student Life at Indooroopilly State High School is a touchstone of what makes our learning community a group of vibrant, creative and innovative forward thinkers.
At the core of a student's learning journey lies their ability to apply what they learn in a supportive environment. Our Student Life program enables supportive entry points for each student to find a place to play, think, create and investigate in the activity of their choice. Where a club is not currently offered, students are invited to submit proposals for new clubs to lead by example for their peers. Our school's extra-curricular clubs, events and competitions reflect the dedication of our Administration, Teachers, Support Staff and our student body to deeply enrich the lives of our students.
As you look at the extra-curricular opportunities in the Student Life Handbook, I invite you, our students, to try something new. Engagement in clubs and events connect our Indooroopilly State High School community to one another while pursuing a new skill, practising a hobby, or raising awareness for a worthy cause. Contribute to Student Voice as a member of the Student Representative Council (SRC). Explore how you can be an active member of our global community by participating in a Study Tour or a Global Citizenship club or event.
