The Student Centre is a hub for student engagement in academic study and co-curricular activities.
Students participate in clubs and events in the Student Centre on a weekly basis. There is weekly Chess Club, school, and interschool Chess Tournaments; Opti-MINDS Challenge, Readers' Cup competitions as well as other reading, literary and extra-curricular related events throughout each year.
Students undertaking Distance Education studies or independent study lesson do so through the Student Centre.
The Student Centre, which houses our Library Resource Centre, celebrates its role as a partner in learning and teaching in our school community.
Students have access to thousands of books, fostering a recreational reading culture.
Our Library catalogue, available online, allows students to search and reserve loans, as well as track their current and past loans. Borrowing statistics reveal a significant increase over the last year, with fiction and graphic readers topping the recreational reading choices.
Students also have access to SORA, the Education Department's online e-Book library. Students can log in with their school credentials here.
