The Instrumental Music Program at Indooroopilly State High School continues to grow and thrive. By playing a musical instrument or joining Indro Voices, students gain opportunities to extend their musicality and meet other students.
Indooroopilly State High School offers a variety of musical ensembles ranging from Mezzo Strings and Concert Band, designed for Junior Secondary school musicians, through to our Symphony Orchestra.
The Symphony Orchestra enables our more experienced and skilled musicians playing Brass, Woodwind, Strings and Percussion to play a challenging and exciting repertoire together.
Indro Voices is the school’s choral program and is open to students in all year levels.
Fanfare is a statewide instrumental music competition that is held biennially, and we enter our instrumental music ensembles.
