Indooroopilly State High School empowers students to contribute to, and enrich, our local and global communities.

Our students practise active citizenship through their support of charities through the Student Representative Council.

CLUBS
Students have the opportunity to shape their school experience in creating new clubs and initiatives. With over 50 clubs and events from which to choose, students can engage in everything from indigenous cooking to chess, global citizenship initiatives, Running Club, anatomy and figure drawing, debating, and Homework Club for those looking for academic support.

Connect, a weekly timetabled pastoral program where students meet with their Connect teacher to learn about enhancing wellbeing, developing academic agility and enhancing 21st Century Skills including digital and global citizenship.

Upon graduating, students are invited to join Indro Alumni, wherein graduates can maintain links to the Indro community through volunteer opportunities, invitations to events, and supporting student initiatives.
