District Sports trial information and permission forms

Information about trials will be released progressively throughout the year and published here when it becomes available.​

Process for trials

  1. Students are notified through notices when trial information is available
  2. Students are then directed to access the District Trial Notice and 2025 NE Nomination form via this website
  3. Students are to email their request for nomination to the Sports Coordinator by the nomination date
  4. If students are at the appropriate standard, the Sports Coordinator will complete the nomination process by sending nomination through to the relevant convenor
  5. Students will then need to collect the signed Principal approval from the Sports co-ordinator (Mr Jones) in W blk.
  6. Students need to take the signed Principal approval form and completed 2025 Student Permission-Details Booklet with them to the trial or they will not be allowed to participate. 
** Students can only nominate ​through the school. Parents or students should not email nominations directly to convenors.​​


2025 Northern Eagles District Swimming Trials

NOMINATIONS DUE BY 3PM WEDNESDAY 5TH FEBRUARY

To nominate, complete the following documents:

1.    2025 ISHS Northern Eagles District Swimming Nomination Form (PDF, 414KB)

·       Please check the recommended qualifying times within the document, and ensure your best time is equal to or better than the recommended qualifying time for the event/s you are nominating for.

2.    2025 Student Permission-Details Booklet (PDF, 2,282KB)​​

·       Please fill in all components of the document. If any information is missing it will not be considered.

Important Information:

·       Please email completed forms to Nick Jones – sport@indoorooshs.eq.edu.au or return to W block staffroom

·       If you need to complete an absent competitor form, please complete #10 Appendix G and email this to Jeremy Lohe at j.lohe@stpeters.qld.edu.au by 8:00am Monday 10th February.

·       Students who nominate will receive an invoice for the trial levy fee of $5.

·       Nomination and consent forms due 3pm Wednesday 5th February. Late nominations will not be accepted.
