​Northern Eagles District​ Trials

Information about trials will be released progressively throughout the year and published here when it becomes available.​

Process for trials

  1. Students are notified through daily notices when trial information is available.
  2. Students are then directed to access the District Trial Notice, 2026 Northern Eagles Nomination Form and 2026 Student Permission-Details Booklet via this website.
  3. Students are to email their nomination form and permission-details booklet to the Assistant Head of Department - Sport by the nomination date.
  4. If students are at the appropriate standard, the Assistant Head of Department - Sport will complete the nomination process by sending the nomination through to the relevant convenor.
  5. Students will recieve a confirmation email notifying them to collect their signed principal approval form from the Assistant Head of Department - Sport ​(Mr Jones) in W block.
  6. Students need to take the signed Principal approval form with them to the trial. All other paperwork will be sent to the convenor on their behalf.
** Students can only nominate ​through the school. Parents or students should not email nominations directly to convenors.​​

​2026​ Northern Eagles District Swimming Trials

NOMINATI​​ONS DUE BY C.O.B WEDNESDAY 4TH FEBRUARY

To nominate, complete the following documents:

  1. ​2026 ISHS Northern Eagles District Swimming Nomination Form (PDF, 411KB)
    • ​​​Please check the recommended qualifying times within the document, and ensure your best time is equal to or better than the recommended qualifying time for the event/s you are nominating for.
  2. 2026 Student Permission-Details Booklet (PDF, 2,408KB)
    • ​​Please fill in all components of the document. If any information is missing it will not be considered.

  • ​Please email completed forms to Nick Jones – sport@indoorooshs.eq.edu.au

Important Information:

  • ​If students are unable to attend the trials due to illness, injury or other viable reasons, they will need to complete an absent competitor form to be considered.
    • Please contact Nick Jones at ​sport@indoorooshs.eq.edu.au no later than 7:00am Monday 9th February​ to recieve the absent competitor form. 

  • Students who nominate will receive an invoice for the trial levy fee of $5.

  • Nomination and consent forms due by C.O.B Wednesday 4th February.​​
