Are you good at arguing, working with others and thinking on your feet? Interschool Debating is an exciting opportunity at Indro, providing an avenue for students to excel in critical thinking, teamwork and public speaking by competing against other high performing schools in the QDU Debating Inner West competition. We field up to two teams in each year level and competition is fierce, so be prepared! No prior debating experience is necessary. Keep an eye on notices for details of trials early Term 1. Debates take place in Terms 1 and 2, with successful teams progressing to the QDU finals in Term 3. Students can also trial for the Queensland State Team through the QDU.
Fees: $55 per Year 7 student; $55 for Years 8-12 students
