My name is Gemma McDonald, and I am excited to introduce myself as the Head of Year 7. I look forward to getting to know our Year 7 students as they begin their exciting journey through high school at our wonderful school. My goal is to support and encourage students to make connections to each other and the school community. There is a plethora of opportunities at Indro for students to find their 'tribe' and make the most of what our school has to offer.
This year marks the start of a new chapter, full of growth and exploration. Together, the team at Indro work to maintain a positive and inclusive environment where each student feels supported and valued.
I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student's experience is one of encouragement, challenge, and personal success. My role is to ensure that Year 7 students feel confident and empowered as they transition into secondary school. I am here to support the students, and their parents, every step of the way!
I am grateful for the opportunity to work closely with the team of extraordinary Connect teachers to make this year a memorable and successful one for all our Year 7s.
