Indro is committed to reducing the distraction of mobile phones and other devices to provide optimal learning environments for all students. From the first day of Term 1 2024, student phones and certain wearable devices such as smartwatches, will need to be 'away for the day', including during break times. Exemptions will be available for digital learning opportunities or in exceptional circumstances, including reasons related to disability, health and wellbeing. More detailed information for students, parents and carers will be provided by the end of the term this year.
